Failed tasks
A pending task is not a failure. For a final failed status, keep the task ID and contact support so the account record can be checked under the published refund policy.
Refund and billing record
Payments are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Report a billing error within 14 days to support@reelmuse.ai. The HotelLobbyAI refund page links to the governing provider policy and lists the details support needs.
What 600 credits covers
A generation includes two private image uploads, creation of one Hotel Lobby video task, progress updates, in-page playback and an MP4 download when the task completes. The typical time shown on the site is about seven minutes, but it is an estimate rather than a service guarantee.
Before credits are used
Choosing photos and opening the sign-in dialog do not create a task. The generation request starts only after authentication and submission. If the available balance is below 600 credits, the interface reports the shortage before a completed result is produced.
Failure handling
A slow task is not automatically a failed task. Confirmed failures and billing questions follow the published refund policy; keep the task ID so support can check the account record.
