What do I upload?
Two clear JPG, PNG or WebP images, one performer per image, up to 10 MB each.
How much does one video cost?
600 credits from your HotelLobbyAI balance.
How long does generation take?
About seven minutes is typical, but queue and provider conditions can change the time.
Can I use the same person twice?
Yes. Use two different photos of the same authorized person or original character.
Are uploaded images public?
Tasks are created as private by default. Only upload yourself, original characters or people who gave permission.
Is HotelLobbyAI affiliated with Migos, Quavo, Takeoff's estate or COLORS?
No. HotelLobbyAI is an independent generator and is not endorsed by those artists, estates or brands.
What if a task fails?
The page shows the failure and next step. Confirmed failures follow the published credit refund rules.
How do I contact support or delete my account?
Email support@reelmuse.ai with the task ID for a generation, credit or moderation issue. Use account settings and choose Delete Account for self-service deletion. See the privacy page for the governing policy.
