Privacy and account deletion.
HotelLobbyAI uses the ReelMuse shared account, credit and generation service. Your uploads create private tasks by default. The provider's official privacy policy governs how account and service data are processed.

Sign in to the shared account settings, scroll to the danger zone, and choose Delete Account. This is the direct self-service deletion route.
What this site sends
When you choose Generate, HotelLobbyAI sends the two selected images to the shared service, creates a private Hotel Lobby video task, and checks its status until a result or failure is returned. Google Analytics receives page and funnel events, but our custom events do not include your email, password, uploaded image URL or generated file URL.
Your privacy rights
The official policy describes access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and consent-withdrawal rights, along with the provider's retention and security practices.

Help with deletion or privacy
If self-service deletion does not work, email support@reelmuse.ai from the address on your account. Include only the information needed to identify the account; do not email passwords or private images.
